Admission into the Head Start program is based on social economic status of parents. It is free.
Enrollment into the program requires parents to be working, going to school, or self-employed. It requires parent to pay a fee.

Birth Certificate
Proof of Income
2 proofs of addresses
Social security card
ID for parent
Medical Hearing/vision
Dental
Health insurance card, placement notice
Enrollment package is attached
